This is our introduction to Nebbiolo and is produced according to the procedural guidelines.
Nebbiolo is a classic from Piedmont. Definitely more subtle taste than in our Barbarescos, and shorter aging potential, but especially interesting when young, maybe during an aperitivo with friends.
Fair garnet red color. Intense aroma. Soft and velvety. Suitable during the whole meal and great with white meats.

Light garnet red in color with orange trends during prolonged aging.
Usually between 13.5 e 14.0% /vol.
Slightly lower or around 30 g/l.
Aromas of flowers and berry jam, and wild berries.
